Head coach Matt Rosenberg and assistant head coach Garrett Stanwick lead the Vikings. Stanwick is returning for his second season as a coach after winning two national championships at Johns Hopkins University during his playing days. He has also taken over as director of La Jolla Lacrosse in addition to his high school coaching duties.

The Vikings are welcoming two new coaches to the team: Max Zarchin, who won a Division III national title playing goalie for Salisbury State University; and strength and conditioning coach Jon Lemery.

In addition, the middle school level has two new coaches and is fielding two teams with more than 50 players and will start league play in mid-March. At the elementary school level, there have been lacrosse demonstrations at all La Jolla schools resulting in lacrosse being added to several P.E. scheduled activities.
