Team USA Men’s Lacrosse To Play Navy, Maryland And Virginia Men’s Lacrosse On Oct. 18 At Annapolis, MD

US Lacrosse TeamUS Lacrosse has announced the fall exhibition schedule for the 40-man roster of the U.S. Men’s National Training Team. The team will play games this September and October at the United States Military Academy at West Point (N.Y.), the United States Naval Academy (Md.), and Stony Brook University (N.Y.).

Following these events, the U.S. Men’s National Team roster will be slimmed down from 40 men to 23, which will be Team USA Men's lacrossethe final roster and the team that will compete in the 2010 Federation of International Lacrosse World Championships July 10-24 in Manchester, England.

Head Coach Mike Pressler will lead the U.S. team as they seek to recapture the gold after losing to Canada in the 2006 championship game. Since first recognized international championship in 1967, the U.S. Team has won eight of 10 gold medals, winning their last one in 2002.

Sunday, October 18 – Annapolis, Md.
Schedule of games at the United States Naval Academy
10 a.m. – Navy vs. USA White – Rip Miller Field
10 a.m. – Maryland vs. USA Blue – Farragut Field 
12:30 pm. – Maryland vs. USA White – Farragut Field
  3 p.m.  – Virginia vs. USA Blue – Rip Miller Field
All games are free admission.
