Professional Lacrosse: LXM Pro Lacrosse Tour Concept Unveiled At “National Pro Lacrosse Tour BBQ” In Malibu, CA

Many of you have been hearing the rumors since early spring about a potential new pro league in the works. Inside Lacrosse has been monitoring the story as it’s ebbed and flowed, and this party is proof it’s getting closer to reality, likely starting in the fall under the name LXM Pro Tour and the concept “lacrosse meets music and Hollywood”.

The party was labeled in online pics as the “National Pro Lacrosse Tour BBQ”, and most captions unfortunately referred to lacrosse sticks as racquets and spent more time analyzing how the girls looked in their bikinis (Carp, when can I start LaxSugar.com?). But, being the inquiring lacrosse minds we are, we dug deeper and found our man Scott Hochstadt, who happens to be dating Lo, in the background of some pics. He tells IL that Kyle Harrison, Xander and Max Ritz and Sean Lindsay were among the party’s attendees, which also included some dude named Frankie Delgado (who I already IMDB’d for you).

Hochy is the man behind a host of lacrosse initiatives in Hollywood, including the recent 90210 remake, as well as Adrenaline and the successful West Coast Starz program. He’s got a host of legit Hollywood connections, and a lot of good stuff cooking in SoCal.

Expect more details on this emerging league soon on InsideLacrosse.com. For the record, I’ll give credit to both the girls on their lax skills (and looks of course). How’s this for a reality TV idea: put celebs and pro athletes together to learn sports they’ve never played (with expert tutors), and see who gets up to speed the quickest. I’d take these gorgeous ladies on my team in a heartbeat.
