La Costa Canyon’s Jackie Candelaria Accepts Stanford Lacrosse Scholarship

La Costa Canyon’s Jackie Candelaria has accepted a scholarship to play lacrosse at Stanford.

Candelaria, who carries a 4.2 grade-point average, was a U.S. Lacrosse All-America honorable mention and all-section pick. Recruited by Duke, Johns Hopkins and Cal, Candelaria will be the first girl from Southern California to play lacrosse for the Cardinal.
